About Legal Specs
Legal Specs ,an Initiative Registered under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises & Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India is a community of law aficionados from throughout the country who believe that law should be available to everyone, as stated in the spirit of the Constitution. This community operates under the common motto “Lawyers in Making” with the goal of improving students’ awareness of careers and outreach.
We provide a wide range of legal possibilities, such as internships in various legal areas, legal courses, legal contests, and legal notes. We do not stop there; we also teach students how to flourish in many aspects and how to build their Legal Competency in this highly competitive environment.
About the Journal – Legal Specs
Legal Specs is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to exploring and analyzing various aspects of law and legal systems. It aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to publish their original research, insights, and opinions on the latest developments and emerging issues in the legal field. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to, civil and criminal law, international law, comparative law, constitutional law, administrative law, intellectual property law, environmental law, and human rights law.
Theme(s)-
The Legal Specs Journal of Research and Legal Studies welcomes submissions on socio-legal topics or issues pertaining to the law. They strongly encourage interdisciplinary research in the field of law and related disciplines.
Submission Categories:
Legal Specs invites original, unpublished content from all academicians, authors, legal professionals, and students across the globe under the following categories:
Long Article: (3000-5000 words, including footnotes).
Short Article: (1000-2500 words, including footnotes).
Book Review: (1500-2500 words, including footnotes).
Case Comment: (1000-2000 words, including footnotes).
Submission Guidelines:
1) All submissions, whether long or short, must accompany an abstract.
2) Collaborative articles may have up to three co-authors.
3) Works must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review by any other journal.
4) The manuscript’s first page should not include the author’s names or institutional affiliations. The abstract must be followed through with keywords.
5) A cover letter must be included with the manuscript, containing the author’s name, institutional affiliation, title of the manuscript, and contact information (email and mobile number) in a Word file format.
6) The main body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman style, with font size 12, and 1.5 line spacing.
7) Footnotes should also be in Times New Roman style, with font size 10, and 1.0 line spacing.
All headings must be uniformly formatted.
8) Footnotes should conform to the Bluebook 20th Edition or OSCOLA Rules of Footnoting.
9) The original manuscript should not mention the author’s name or any other identity.

Last date of submission- 25th of every month
Communication of Acceptance- Immediately (Within 24 hours)
Date of Publication- By last date of every month
Publication Charges:
Single authored chapter- Rs 600
Co-Authored Chapter- Rs 800
Tri-Authored- Rs 1000
Note: Payment to be made only after selection within 24 hours (LIMITED SLOTS ONLY).
Review of the paper will be done free of cost, even if the paper gets rejected the comments for changes will be added.
